So I should write a little about myself. That scares me a little but here goes.
I never wanted to go to Uni, all I wanted to do was see the Pyramids of Egypt. As soon as I finished high school I saved my butt off and went to Egypt and Europe, just my camera and I. 20 + years ago I got my first job in Photography in a one hour photo lab and I fell in love with photography. I did years of working with film and printing images in the dark room for many photographers. When film started to phase out I had to learn digital (very reluctantly!) After working in various photography studios I started my own business editing images for other wedding photographers when I realised there is no way I want to be sitting in front of a computer every day! I wanted to be outside photographing couples in love….so here I am. Yes there is more work in front of the computer than actually spending time taking photos but I’m working on images that I have taken, and this makes me so much happier! I live in Dromana with my high school sweetheart hubby Ben and our 8 year old Lenny. My favourite things to do (after photographing everything), are eating (actually I enjoy this more than photography if not more), drinking coffee travelling everywhere and anywhere, going to the beach (I’m very spoilt living on the Peninsula) and shopping of course!
My aim is to take the best images possible and for you to have the best day of your lives. I would say my style is relaxed and fun. I will always try to make you feel as comfortable as possible as I know how daunting it can be to have your photo taken! On the day I will take many beautiful photos of yourselves and your guests, along with many candids. I do not take super posed images but I will ensure you are looking your best. Some couples love me to give them a little direction whilst others don’t need any at all. Everyone is different and I’ll do whatever makes you feel at ease. It will be lots of fun! I’ll be there on your wedding day from getting ready, right through to the crazy dancing. Fill in the contact form below or email for more info, (make sure to check your junk folder for my reply!)
